コテージRich ご利用規約事項

以下の利用規約（以下、本規約）を、必ずお守りいただけますようお願いいたします。

本規約に定められた事項をお守りいただけない場合には、ご宿泊利用または次回のご利用をお断りさせていただく場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承下さい。

施設のご利用につきまして

• 近隣住民に迷惑を及ぼすような行為（大きな声での会話、カラオケ、楽器演奏等の喧騒な行為）はおやめください。
• ご利用は定員を守り、宿泊客以外の訪問客を呼び入れたり、訪問客に建物内の諸設備・諸物品を利用させたりしないでください。
• 火気（ガスコンロ・ライター等）のご利用、喫煙時には、火の始末にご注意ください。
• 特に、外出時や就寝時には火の元に十分ご注意いただきたいと思います。
• コテージの設備以外の火気のご使用（たき火や打上花火等）は禁止となっております。
• お庭での花火は、手持ち花火・線香花火のようなものは可能ですが、夜21時以降はご遠慮ください。
• 打ち上げ花火は周辺住宅のご迷惑となりますので、禁止とさせていただきます。
• 建物内は禁煙とさせていただきます。喫煙される場合は必ず所定の屋外喫煙所（灰皿設置）をご利用ください。その際、大きな声での会話などは周辺住宅のご迷惑となりますので、ご配慮いただけますようお願いいたします。
• 危険物や法律で禁じられたものを持ち込むことはできません。
  下記のものを持ち込むことはできません

　　　　　　・　猫・小鳥や爬虫類を含む動物（同伴のワンちゃんはのぞく）
　　　　　　・　危険性のある製品、悪臭を発するもの。
　　　　　　・　発火または引火しやすい火薬や揮発油類。
　　　　　　・　法令で所持を禁じられているもの等。

• 当コテージ内での賭博および風紀を乱すような行為、広告・販売・勧誘などの営業行為、署名活動等は禁止しております。

諸設備・諸物品について

• コテージRichのキッチンに備えてある調理器具や食器はご自由にお使いいただけます。
• 破損がみられた場合は、別途費用を請求させていただくことがございます。
• 食器や調理器具等の使用後は洗って元の場所にお戻しください。
• 本来の目的以外の用途にはご使用にならないでください。
• コテージの備品を外へ持ち出さないでください。
• 改造、加工などをなさらないでください。
• 使用後は、必ず元の状態で元の場所へお戻しください。
• コテージおよびコテージ内の諸設備・諸物品を破壊･汚損した場合は、復旧にかかる料金をご負担頂きますが、保険によりまかなえる場合がございますので必ずご申告ください。
• お客様のご退出後、諸設備・諸物品に盗難が認められ、それがお客様の責任によるものと認められる場合には、被害料金を請求させて頂きます。
• お客様のご退出後、電気・ガス・水道等に異常消費が認められた場合は、実費を全額ご負担いただく場合がございます。

庭のご利用について

• 草木類の伐採・採取等はおやめください。
• ワンちゃんを放す場合は、庭の外に逃げ出さないようにご注意ください。
• ワンちゃんの糞は放置せずにトイレットペーパーにくるんでトイレに流してください。また使用済みのシートや汚物処理に使用したペーパー等は密封袋にいれて口を硬く縛り、燃えるゴミとしてお捨てください。
• 外灯は夕方自動で点灯、深夜消灯します。

バーベキューご利用について

• 夜間ご利用の場合は21時までとさせていただきます。
• バーベキューご利用後は、後片付けをお願いいたします。バーベキューコンロは洗浄後、元の場所にお戻し下さい。
• お庭のプロパンガスボンベにバーベキューコンロを近づけすぎないよう、ご注意ください。
• バーベキューコンロは、土の上、またはウッドデッキの上でご利用ください。

その他

• 自然豊かな立地の為、室内に虫が侵入・発生する事がございます。予めご了承ください。
• 天災等、またはお客様ご自身の過失による事故、本規約に従わない為に起こった事故に関し、コテージオーナーは一切の責任を負いません。
• お客様の車両の盗難・事故・破壊･汚損等につきまして、コテージオーナーは一切の責任を負いません。
• 外出される際には必ず貴重品を身につけてお出掛けください。お客様が持ち込まれた貴重品・物品等の盗難につきまして、コテージオーナーは一切の責任を負いません。
• コテージ内で発生したゴミ類は、分別してお捨て下さい。「コテージRichお掃除の手引き」をご参照ください。

ご予約について

• 楽天トラベル、またはホームページからお申し込みいただいた場合、クレジット決済後に予約確定となります。
• 個別にお申し込みいただいた場合、銀行決済後に予約確定となります。
• Airbnbからのご予約の場合、先に予約があった場合、キャンセルさせていただくことがあります。ご了承いただける場合、お申し込みください。また、日本以外に居住されている方は、宿泊の2日前までにパスポートの写しの提出をお願い致します。事前にパスポートの写しの提出がない場合は、ご予約をキャンセルさせていただく場合があります。
• キャンセル料は最大で21日前より発生いたします。宿泊予約日までの日数により料金が異なりますので、ご予約時にご確認ください。

ご宿泊について

• チェックイン時間は15時からです。事前にご連絡頂いた時間にご到着できない場合でもご連絡は不要です。15時より早めに到着予定の場合、事前にご相談ください。場合により早めにチェックインいだける場合があります。
• 駐車場は宿泊当日の昼12時よりご利用いただけます。事前にご連絡をお願いいたします。
• チェックアウト時間は午前11時までです。
• チェックアウト時間を過ぎると、確認のため入室させていただくことがあります。
• 管理等のためにコテージ管理者が巡回する場合がございます。
• ご利用に関する責任はチェックイン時点で発生し、チェックアウト時点で終了します。
• 本規約に違反した場合、ご利用の継続をお断りする場合がございます。その場合、利用料金は返金いたしません。

飼い主さまへのお願い

• 当コテージはワンちゃんをお連れのお客様専用のコテージではございませんので、他のお客様が快適に宿泊できるよう、以下のルールをお守りのうえ、愛犬との楽しい時間をお過ごしください。
• 小型犬、中型犬に限り3匹までご利用可能です。（大型犬はご相談ください。補助犬はご利用いただけます。）
• 室内で飼われていてトイレのしつけができているワンちゃん、狂犬病・ワクチンの予防接種のできているワンちゃんが宿泊可能です。
• ワンちゃんが利用できる部屋はリビングのみとし、テーブル、椅子やソファーの上での利用は禁止とさせて頂きます。
• ワンちゃんに必要なもの（お食事の用意、タオルやお布団など）は持ち込みでお願いいたします。室内用のゲージは備えてございます。
• お客様用の布団では、ワンちゃんと一緒に寝るのはご遠慮ください。
• コテージの洗濯機でワンちゃんの利用したものを洗濯するのはご遠慮ください。
• 室内でそそう（排便排尿の失敗）をした場合は、すみやかにおふき取りください。建物内にペットの糞尿やそのにおい等が認められた場合には、ハウスクリーニング代や寝具・備品類の買い替え費用、次にご利用になったお客様が損害にあわれた場合の賠償費用など、損害料金を全額ご負担頂きます。
• 屋外では、必ずリードを使用しましょう。
• コテージの破壊･汚損を防ぐ為にも、あらかじめワンちゃんの爪のお手入れをお願いします。

利用後のお客様による清掃について

当館はお客様ご自身でお掃除をしていただきます。ご利用後は「コテージRichお掃除の手引き」に沿って清掃をお願い致します。

以上、本規約に違反した場合、ご利用の継続をお断りする場合がございます。その場合、利用料金は返金いたしません。
本規約に定められていない事項については、法令または慣例によるものとします。

Terms of Use

Dear Guests,
Please be sure to follow this Terms of Use during your stay at Cottage Rich, thank you.

Please kindly note if you breach the following Terms of Use, we would have to refuse your reservation next time.

Regarding the Use of Facility

• Please do not cause inconvenience to the neighborhood and refrain from making loud noise, such as speaking in loud voice, Karaoke in high volume and play instruments.
• Please do not lodge the guest(s) without reservation, do not exceed the number of reservations.
• Please be careful with fire (Gas, Lighter, Cigarettes).
• Please pay special attention to the fire when going out and at bedtime.
• The use of the fire (open-air file and fireworks) except the Cottage facility is prohibited.
• As for the fireworks in the garden, something as Hand-holding fireworks and Toy fireworks are fine; however, not expected after 9:00pm.
• It is prohibited playing skyrocket fireworks as it bothers the neighborhood.
• This is the NON-SMOKING facility. Smoking only allows outdoor where the ashtray is located. Please do not speak in loud voice when you smoke outside.
• It is prohibited to bring in the risk materials and any forbidden stuff by law.
• It is prohibited to bring the following:

　　　・　Animals including but not limited to Cat, Bird and Reptiles (only companion dog(s))
　　　・　Products with risk and bad smell
　　　・　Ignition or flammable gunpower and volatilization oil
　　　・　Forbidden stuff by law

• It is prohibited gambling in the Cottage; and any act disturbing the public morals, business acts such as advertisement, sales and the signature activities.

Regarding Equipment and Supplies

• Please feel free to use all the furnished tableware, cookware furnished at Cottage Rich.
• We may charge the separated expenses if any damage of table/cookware found.
• Please return the washed table/cookware to the original place, thank you.
• Please do not use all the equipment deviate from its original purpose.
• Please do not take the equipment outside of the Cottage.
• Please do not do remodeling and processing to the equipment.
• Please return the equipment to the original place after use.
• Please bear the expense for the damage of equipment and Cottage occurred; in some cases, this could be covered by the insurance. Thus, please declare any equipment damage by all means.
• Once we found any damage in Cottage and/or theft of equipment after check-out and confirmed the fault of the guest, we will bill the expenses and costs.
• Once we found abnormal utility (electricity, gas, water etc.) consumption after check-out and confirmed the fault of the guest, we will bill all the expenses and costs.

Regarding the Garden Usage

• Please do not cut and pick trees and plants in the garden.
• Please be care not let your dog(s) run away outside from garden when leash-off.
• Please wrap dog’s excrement with toilet paper and flush. In addition, please seal the used sheets or papers firmly and trash as the burnable garbage.
• The outdoor lamp turns on in the evening and turns off n the mid night automatically.

Regarding the BBQ Usage

• In the case of the night use, please finish by 9pm.
• Please clean and wash the BBQ set after using and return it to the original place.
• Please be careful and keep appropriate distance away from propane gas cylinder.
• Please place BBQ stove on the ground or wood deck when using.

Any other Business

• As we are in the area surrounded by rich nature, please bear with the lovely insects when they come in the room (When open windows, please make sure the net-windows are closed).
• If any natural disaster, accident by your own responsibility or due to disobedient to this Terms of Use, the Cottage owner will not be responsible for.
• The Cottage owner will not take the responsibility for theft, accident, destruction and the damage of the vehicle.
• Please do not leave any valuable stuff in the Cottage when you go out as the Cottage owner is not responsible for theft incident for your valuable belonging.
• Please separate the trash (burnable, non-burnable, can, bottle, etc.)

Regarding the Reservation

• If you reserve through Rakuten or Cottage Rich Website, the reservation confirmed once the credit card payment is done.
• Please kindly note we have multiple reservation system, there is possibility the reservation come in simultaneously; in the case the reservation is via Airbnb, we may need to cancel your reservation if there is another reservation comes in earlier.
  If you are not the resident of Japan, please proved the copy of your passport 2 days before your check-in time. In the case we have not received the copy of passport in advance, we may cancel your reservation, thank you for your understanding.
• The cancellation fee occurs from up to 21 day ago. The rate varies according to the days until the room reservation day, please confirm the details over the website.

Regarding the Accommodations

• Check-in time: 03:00 pm. Please contact us if you would arrive earlier than the check-in time. In some cases, the earlier check-in may be negotiable.
• The Parking lot is available from 12:00 noon on the day of stay. Please contact us in advance.
• Check-out time: 11:00 am.
• Once check-out time passes, Cottage Manager would enter the room for cleaning.
• There is a case that the Cottage Manager would come around for management.
• The responsibility regarding the use occurs at the time of check-in and finishes at the time of check-out.
• In the event that Guest(s) is in breach of this Terms of Use, we may refuse the continuation of your stay. In that case, the fees are not refundable.

Requests to the Dog-Owner:

This Cottage is NOT exclusively for the guests with dogs, please follow the below rules with your loving companion dogs, so that other guests could also stay comfortably.

• We only accept dog(s) has been kept indoor, well trained with toilet and rabies vaccinated.
• Please note the dog(s) can only stay in the Living room, please refrain from using tables, chairs and sofa.
• Please bring all the necessary stuff (meals, towels, blankets etc.) by yourself; we only have a cage furnished.
• Please do not use the provided comforters, beddings etc. to your dog(s).
• Please do not use the furnished wash machine doing dogs’ laundry.
• Please wipe off immediately in case the dog(s) urinates or poos indoor by accident. Once we found the smell of excrement, we would need to charge the expenses for House Cleaning and Supplies Purchase and other related Costs.
• Please use a lead when in outdoors by all means.
• Please trim and take care dog(s)’s nails in advance in order to prevent damage to the Cottage.

In the event that Guest(s) is in breach of this Terms of Use, we may refuse the continuation of your stay. In that case, the fees are not refundable.

Matters not stipulated in the Terms of Use shall be governed by Laws and Regulations.
